Job Description :

* Driving business and Building agency through recruitment of advisors.
* Lead management.
* Getting referrals from and writing proposals for bank customers.
* Not just selling to a bank customer but also getting referrals from the every person met.
* Relationship Management with bank manager/staff.
* Establishing & strengthening relationship with branch manager & staff to gain referrals from them.
* Following up on high net-worth leads given by the bank staff.
* Involvement in work site activities (putting up stalls and making presentations in corporates.
