Job Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting business development, achieving both Treasury Management AND Trade sales target and retention of existing large corporate /multinational/middle market multinational clients – GIB/GCB segment for the assigned region/ clients.
Enhance client base for the MNC/corporate by generating additional product (Trade/Cash Management) revenues as mandated.
Target prospecting on key new revenue opportunities for assigned products.
Monitor client revenues regularly to ensure any short fall in the revenue targets is met through the Sales/Client Management Process (SMP/CMP).
Prepare client proposals and presentations and work with Key Business Partners to develop solutions.
Make calls on key clients and working with other partners in the group, develop solutions to client needs and endeavour to cross-sell the Bank’s full product suite.
Perform sales related support functions, including monitoring client financial performance reports.
Provide SMP/CMP updates on a quarterly basis.
Perform Ad Hoc projects to support the development of MNC/corporate Trade business.
Provide Vendor / retailer support for the Trade segment.
Partner with Corporate Banking/ Portfolio Management in the client selection process.

Qualification and Experience
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience with a major financial institution’s cash management and/or trade sales function with specific focus on selling to MNC/Corporates.
Knowledge of commercial banking, including credit as well as trade, foreign exchange, cash management and short-term investments.
Demonstrated success in deal closure and prospecting.

Fuency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Creativity and innovation in designing client solutions
Excellent analytical, sales, communication and presentation skills.
Track record as strong team player
Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
Ability to work on complex regional and cross-regional treasury management and trade deals.
Ability to work and solve problems independently.
Strong client engagement skills.
Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, etc).
Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload from diverse sources.
